Eligibility for Returns
Standard Returns:
- Items must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Items must be in their original, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and certificates.
- Items must be accompanied by the original invoice.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Custom-made or personalized jewellery.
- Bullions , Coins & Bars.
- Engraved or modified items.
- Items that show signs of wear or damage.
Return Process
- Initiate Return:
- Contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] or +91-8745-009-929 within 7 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Provide your order number and reason for return.
- Return Authorization:
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item.
- Packaging:
- Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all certificates and documentation.
- Clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the package.
- Shipping:
- Ship the item to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a reputable courier service with tracking and insurance.
Return Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to a defect or an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Other Returns: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Inspection and Refund
Inspection:
- Upon receiving your return, our Quality Control team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return criteria.
Refund:
- Once the return is approved, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or style, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including shipping costs.
